All orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount — check our current promotions for details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery.

THEAURAGEN is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, courier issues, or events beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
